THIS SITE ONLY USES TECHNICAL COOKIES TO KEEP YOU SIGNED IN. NO ANALYTICS, NO ADVERTISING, NO THIRD-PARTY TRACKING.
This English text is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the one that governs, and it is the one a court would read.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit. It remembers things between pages or between visits: that you are already signed in, for instance. Alongside cookies there are other local storage technologies that work the same way, and this policy covers those too.
Their use is governed by article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSICE) and, for any personal data involved, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, «RGPD» in Spain).
The cookies we use
On designersculturestore.com we use only our own technical cookies, strictly necessary to provide the services you ask for. We use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and we share no browsing information with advertisers or social networks.

If you never create an account and never sign in, your browser stores no cookie at all from this site.
Why there's no banner
Article 22.2 of the LSSICE exempts from the consent requirement those cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service the user has expressly asked for. The session cookies we use fall under that exemption, as read by the cookie guidance of the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). So there is no consent banner to show, and it would not be honest to ask permission for something you cannot refuse without also losing the ability to sign in.
If we ever add analytics, third-party or any other non-exempt cookies, a consent system will be put in place first, with real options to accept, refuse and configure, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
How to manage or delete them
You can allow, block or delete stored cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you block this site's technical cookies you will not be able to stay signed in or reach your account.
You can also sign out from your account area: doing so invalidates the session cookie and deletes it.
Third-party content
The site links out to external profiles and pages — Instagram, the selected labels' own websites, map services — but it does not embed their players or their tracking tags: nothing loads from those services while you browse designersculturestore.com. Once you follow a link and leave the site, the destination's own cookie and privacy policies apply, and those are outside our control.
Changes to this policy
